Fresh Tomato Smoked Sausage Pasta Salad


  • 8 oz pasta cooked and drained
  • 1 cup fresh chopped tomatoes
  • 1 chopped jalapeño pepper without seeds (optional)
  • 1 cup grilled chicken or smoked sausages
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup No Name Original or Hot BBQ
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Combine first five ingredients, toss with No Name Original or Hot BBQ

Serve Chilled
